Please read the order times and delivery schedule before placing your order. Our standard free delivery hours are from 2:00 P.M. to 6:00 P.M.
FREE DELIVERY ON ORDERS ABOVE $40.00
- You will receive an email with the delivery status once the delivery is complete.
- Please ensure the correct shipping address is used when placing an order. Once your order leaves our shop, the shipping address cannot be revised, and we cannot provide a refund or replacement for delivery to an incorrect address.
Free Delivery Zone 1 (Monday - Sunday) : Please order by 2:00 p.m. for same-day free flower delivery to the following areas:
- Toronto (Etobicoke, York, North York, Scarborough, Downsview, East York)
- Mississauga
- Brampton
- Woodbridge
- Concord
- Thornhill
Free Delivery Zone 2 (Monday - Saturday) : Please order by 10:00 a.m. for same-day free flower delivery to the following areas:
- Oakville
- Burlington
- Richmond Hill
- Markham
- Pickering
- Ajax
- Oshawa
- Whitby
- Newmarket
- Milton
- Other areas in GTA
Areas outside of our free delivery zone: $15.00 fee Monday - Saturday
- Hamilton
- Caledon
- Halton Hills

- Stouffville
- Uxbridge

Note Concerning Delivery Time: We do everything possible to accommodate your requested delivery time (when a specific delivery time is requested). However, due to factors beyond our control, such as traffic and weather, we cannot guarantee a specific delivery time other than same-day delivery between 2:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
Funerals: All funeral flowers will be delivered directly to the funeral home, so there is no need to worry. Please indicate the drop-off time in your order notes on the checkout page.
We firmly believe Flower Story is the best flower delivery service in Toronto, and we want your flowers delivered at the requested time as much as you do. Unfortunately, there will be occasions when it is just not possible, and for that, we apologize in advance. Rest assured, however, that we will inform you promptly of any issues that arise and will communicate with you throughout the entire process.
