Delivery Address

Please make sure the delivery address is correct before placing your order. Once your order leaves our shop, the delivery address cannot be changed, and we cannot provide a refund or replacement for orders delivered to an incorrect address.

Areas outside of our free delivery zone may be available for a $15.00 delivery fee, Monday to Saturday, including:

Delivery Time Requests

We do our best to accommodate requested delivery times whenever possible. However, due to factors such as traffic, weather, and delivery volume, we cannot guarantee a specific delivery time.

We can only guarantee same-day delivery within our standard delivery window of 2:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.

Funeral Deliveries

All funeral flowers are delivered directly to the funeral home. Please include the funeral home name, recipient name, service time, and requested drop-off time in your order notes at checkout.
