Refund policy
Your satisfaction matters to us. If something isn’t right with your order, we’ll do our best to make it right with a replacement or refund.
Damaged or Unsatisfactory Orders
If your flower arrangement arrives damaged or there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
To help us review the issue, please include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- A photo of the arrangement, if applicable
Once we review the concern, we may offer a replacement, refund, or another appropriate solution depending on the situation.
Incorrect Delivery Address
Please make sure the delivery address is correct before placing your order.
Once an order leaves our shop, the delivery address cannot be changed. We cannot provide a refund or replacement for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout.
Delivery Timing
We do our best to accommodate requested delivery times whenever possible. However, due to factors such as traffic, weather, and delivery volume, we cannot guarantee an exact delivery time.
Same-day delivery orders are delivered within our standard delivery window.
Flower Availability and Substitutions
Flowers are seasonal and may vary based on availability. If a specific flower, colour, or container is unavailable, we may substitute it with a similar item of equal or greater value while maintaining the overall style and feel of the arrangement.
Cancellations
If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at 416-797-9774.
Orders that have already been prepared, dispatched, or delivered may not be eligible for cancellation or refund.
